Colin Hatfield
Colin has many years’ experience of working with blue-chip organisations to develop their strategic narrative and using it to drive internal engagement and external communication strategies. He has a particular interest in how leaders and teams embrace narrative to enable change and bring meaning to the workplace.
His clients include blue chips such as Unilever, GSK and Dixons Carphone, ambitious and disruptive companies such as Bicycle Therapeutics, Blue Water, Astex Pharma and third sector clients including Tate and National Trust.
Prior to working with his current portfolio of clients, Colin worked in advertising and branding and was a founding partner of a leading brand experience agency.
